Strike-Force Coaching

Focused -- for results.

How the process works

Each situation is a bit different, but these are our basic steps.

Step 1:   Identify the critical issue or challenge

We work with the potential client and/or the supervisor
to determine the roadblocks that are hindering
              the individual's progress.

Step 2:   Determine the baseline
We use a 360 or similar instrument to gather specific
information about how the coaching client's behaviors
are perceived and how they are affecting the performance
of the individual or the group.

Step 3:   Coach
Our Strike-Force Coach administers behavioral assessments
and uses other tools to help the coaching client understand the
issues, see the benefits of learning new skills, and practice new skills.
The sessions are scheduled as appropriate to the individual process.

Step 4:   Assess development
After skills have been developed and practiced, we use the same
instrument as in Step 2 to assess changes in the client's behaviors
and the perceptions of the group.

Step 5:   Report and conclude
While we keep our specific conversations with our coaching clients
confidential, we do report willingness and engagement in the process,
and what future steps may be helpful.

Our goal isn't to have a coaching client for years -- it's to help a coaching client have years of success.
